What are your delivery times?
We dispatch our products within 2-3 working days. Delivery within India typically takes 3-4 working days after dispatch.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping below INR 2999 costs INR 59. Shipping is on us for orders above INR 2999!
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
We currently only ship within India. If you'd like to order and get it delivered internationally, please send us an email on tribe@gaiatree.com and we'll get in touch.

We do not accept order cancellations.
What if I receive the wrong product?
We will make sure we send you the correct piece.
Do you offer exchanges/returns for faulty items?
We do not accept returns unless you've recieved the wrong product or if the product you recieved is damaged. We're more than happy to facililate an exchange if your product is damaged.
Product
How do I care for my product?
We recommend storing your jewellery in the cotton cloth bag and box provided with your order. We also recommend not wearing your metal jewellery in the shower or while swimming. Water can be harsh on metals. Avoid storing brass and gold-plated jewellery in the bathroom or humid environments.
My polish is fading!
Uh oh, that should not happen. If your polish fades within the first year of your purchase, we will re-polish it for you. Please email us on tribe@gaiatreelabel.com and we'll get in touch!
